Carry-On Baggage Allowance: Including wheels and handles, each passenger is permitted one standard piece with a maximum weight of 7kg. Moreover, each piece should be no more than the size of 115cm (L+B+H). Additionally, one must be permitted a personal item, which includes a laptop or camera. The personal item’s maximum size should be 56cm x 35cm x 20 cm. Checked Baggage Allowance: Susi Air checked baggage policy applies the destination and/or the flight route. For all domestic flights within Indonesia, passengers are permitted to check-in multiple pieces totaling two pieces, each with a weight limit of 15kg. For international flights, the baggage allowance can be between 20kg and 40kg depending on the specific flight route.
