Carry On Baggage. Cityjet allows one piece of hand baggage per passenger including laptop bags and handbags. The bag should not exceed a maximum weight of 10kg and should have a maximum size of 55cm x 45cm x 45cm.Checked BaggageCityjet provides the following free checked baggage allowances or baggage compensation depending on the route: • 20kg is allowed on all routes except Dublin-Cork. • Passengers traveling to Cork through Dublin airport are permitted to check-in 5kg of baggage at no additional cost. All additional weight is paid for booking in advance.Depending on the route, an attention fee is charged per baggage unit that exceeds the free baggage. The amount to be paid is determined by the weight of the item and the route where it is to be transported. The fee is paid at the airport on the departure day since it’s not possible to pay it in advance.

Cityjet does not accept hazardous and/or dangerous items as checked baggage, such as weapons, pressurized containers, or any items that pose a risk to the safety of our customers or our personnel. Sports equipment such as golf clubs, skiing equipment and bicycles can be taken as checked baggage, however you may be required to pay a handling fee. Please refer to Cityjets Terms & Conditions page for full details.
Yes. It is possible to pre-purchase excess baggage online when you check in. Please be aware that there is a fee for this service.
