Cityjets flexible cancellation policy means that you can make changes to your booking at no charge up to 24 hours before departure. Beyond this, however, any changes to your booking are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable fare.

For most European flights, Cityjet offers 5kgs of hand baggage allowance per passenger which includes both hand luggage and one small bag (such as a laptop bag). In addition, Cityjet allows each passenger to check in one bag up to 23kgs in weight.
Cityjet accepts all major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and American Express. Payment can also be made by direct bank transfer.
