RISE Air passengers may bring one personal item or other small bags. Personal items must not exceed 16 x 15 x 7 inches, including handles and wheels, 40 x 38 x 18 cm each . Passengers may also carry one carry-on item which should not exceed 24 x 16 x 10 inches in totality, including handles and wheels, 60 x 40 x 25 each . Therefore, all such items should be able to snugly fit either into the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you. A passenger is also allowed one checked bag of up to 50 lbs, 23 kgs . It is important to note that additional checked bags will be charged an additional fee.
