Web Check in Rise Air Online

For customers to be able to check-in online with RISE Air, they must have an electronic booking or reservation confirmation with an RISE Air Booking Reference. The customer should then check in online by taking the following steps to get a boarding pass: 1. Visit the RISE Air website and click on the Check-In tab, then choose the type of travel: domestic or international, 2. type in the first three letters of the passenger’s last name followed by the booking reference, 3. select the flight dates; departure and return dates and then click “Continue”, 4. It will then take the customer to a passenger details form where they can enter their information and click “continue”, 5. then they have the option to choose the seat or can click to check in the already assigned seat and then click on “Continue”, 6. and verify their information and click “Checkin” 7. print their boarding pass for the flight or email it to themselves. Most passengers are required to check-in two hours before their flight. For international flights, check one hour earlier.
