If your flight has been delayed or canceled, the best thing to do is contact JetBlue. You can reach JetBlue's Customer Service line at 1-800-JETBLUE or their Complaint Resolution department at 1-800-JETBLUE ext.90. When speaking to a representative, be sure to have your flight information handy, and let the representative know the situation. The representative should work with you to find an alternative flight or provide compensation.
JetBlue allows changes and refunds depending on the type of ticket purchased. If you have an Even More Space ticket, you are able to change or cancel your flight without a fee.
