A scheduled stature means that the flight time cannot be canceled or postponed; on time signifies a timely departure or even earlier; delayed is used when the take-off was canceled, and the departure was rescheduled for several hours. Canceled may stand for a canceled flight with no additional change available for today, while a diverted status is posted due to the weather conditions and the flight re-schedule to another airport.
