ZIPAIR offers web check-in for all of its flights. To use the service, customers can go to the check-in tab on the airlines website and enter their booking information. Customers can also choose their seats and add luggage through the web check-in service. Customers must complete the web check-in process at least 30 minutes before their flights departure. After completing the web check-in process, customers will receive their boarding pass by email. Customers can also print their boarding pass prior to boarding the aircraft. For flights departing from Japan, customers must bring their printed boarding pass to the airport and present it at the check-in counter for verification.
