Here is the basic baggage information: A personal item is included with all of our travel options: a handbag, a computer bag, a backpack, or a shopping bag. Your personal item must fit under the seat in front of you during the flight and cannot exceed the following dimensions: 18 inches long x 14 inches high x 8 inches wide. Light, Extra, and Smart fares include a carry-on bag, which cannot exceed the maximum dimensions of 16 inches long, 10 inches wide, and 22 inches high, including handles and wheels. When travelling in Light or Extra, the maximum weight allowed is 22 lbs. If you increased the weight or selected Smart, you can carry up to 33 lbs. If your baggage exceeds the weight or does not fit easily in the bag sizer located in the boarding areas, our staff will check it for a fee. If the flight is full or your baggage does not fit in the plane's overhead bins, one of our agents may request you to check it at no cost, giving you a tag to pick it up at your destination.
