SVG Air offers online check-in services through its website or mobile app. Passengers can check in 24 hours prior to their scheduled time of departure from any of SVG Airs major airports. Passengers may also opt for self check-in kiosks at the airport upon arrival.
Each passenger is allowed one personal item such as a laptop bag, purse, or briefcase plus one carry-on bag when traveling with SVG Air. The maximum dimensions for the carry-on luggage must not exceed 21.6 x 15.7 x 9.8 inches and the maximum weight cannot exceed 17.6 lbs.
SVG Air will make every effort to accommodate you with another flight if your scheduled flight is delayed or cancelled. If that is not possible, you may be eligible to receive compensation for your inconvenience as outlined in the Passenger Rights policy.
