Manage booking is an online feature through which customers can view and modify their bookings. The customers can cancel or change their bookings directly from the SriLankan Airlines website. Customer services are also available with a valid receipt, and by telephone, email and social media. Using manage book, the customers can: • View their flight details • Change dates and times • Change destinations • Request additional or special services such as wheelchair and meals • Add passengers to an existing booking • Pay for additional services • Cancel their bookings • Print and email their booking summary • Apply the policies for refunds and cancellation • Contact customer service representatives. • Check in using the “Check-in now” option
