Severstal Air Companys policy on baggage allowances is that flyers may check one bag weighing up to thirty kilograms and no more than one hundred fifty-eight centimeters in combined dimensions, along with bringing one personal item into the cabin that fits easily within dimensions of fifty-five by forty by twenty centimeters. Passengers can also bring an extra bag on board the plane for carry-on or a laptop, provided it too meets the dimensional specifications prescribed for checked luggage. Air travelers may purchase extra bags to check at the airport on departure day for an added cost. Sports gear and other special baggage are permitted for check-in as well, so long as they fall under the weight and size constraints; nevertheless, checking such things also comes with an additional charge. While the standard baggage policy covers the basics, exceptions can be made for oversized or excess baggage upon payment of applicable fees.
