Nauru Airlines allows its passengers to have a free checked baggage allowance. The free checked baggage allowance is based on the passenger’s class of travel and the destination. For example, Economy Class passengers are granted a free checked baggage allowance of 20kg and Business Class passengers with a 30kg allowance. For Nauru Airlines -operated flights, all passengers are allowed to bring one piece of cabin baggage and one personal item on board the aircraft, with a weight and dimension of 7kg and 115cm respectively . Passengers carrying special items such as a surfboard, golf clubs, strollers, and wheelchairs may be included in the free checked baggage allowance if properly packed and guaranteed their safety. Otherwise, there will be an additional charge if found to be in excess of the allowance. Extra baggage is charged $10-$100 per kilo for econ class and $15-$150 per kilo for a bus class and is chargeable for both international and domestic flights payable at the departure airport for international flights and the initial point of departure for domestic flights.
