JetSmart offers web check-in to all its passengers who have purchased tickets online. To check-in online , passengers need to enter their ticket number, last name and booking reference number on JetSmart’s website. Web check-in is available 24 hours prior to the departure time. Passengers should print the boarding pass after check-in and present it prior to boarding. Passengers with hold baggage must check-in at the airport.

The earliest you can use JetSmart web checkin is 24 hours before your scheduled departure. The last time to check in will be one hour before your flight departs.

To use JetSmart web checkin, you will need your booking reference, passport and/or ID card. You will also need to provide information about any additional passengers travelling with you if applicable.
