Passengers can manage their booking through the Manage Booking section of HK Express website. Log onto Manage Booking using the 6 character Booking Reference and the passengers last name. Once logged in, choose from the options of editing personal details, upgrading flight seats, selecting or changing meals, adding baggage allowance, adding a HK Express Club membership, and changing flight dates or times.,
The deadline for managing a booking typically depends on the option chosen. For example, changing flight times, dates, and route must be done 3 hours before departure time. If the trip has already started, managing your booking can only be done at the airport ticketing desk.,
