The applicable charges for excess baggage are as follows
Customers may change or cancel an existing flight booking via Drukairs online booking channels (Drukairs website and Drukairs app). Full details of the applicable cancellation & change fees are available on Drukairs website.,
Passengers travelling internationally will need to present a valid passport, with the exception of infants who will require a Birth Certificate.,
All passengers will need to check in at least two hours prior to flight departure for all international flights, and one hour prior to flight departure for all domestic flights. This may vary depending on the country you are travelling to and from.,
For Economy Class passengers, the maximum permitted cabin baggage is 7kg when travelling to and from most destinations. Flights to and from some destinations may have a lower allowance. It is advised that you check with your travel agent or Druk Airs website for up-to-date cabin baggage allowance.
