The customers of Azores Airlines are offered to take advantage of the online check-in service 30 hours prior to the flight. The web check-in can be done through the computer, tablet, or smartphone. The prerequisites are the e-ticket of the customer and the valid passport/ID card with the picture. The web check-in is closed 45 minutes before the departure. The e-ticket should be printed to give it to the personnel and is necessary for the bag drop. Passengers with the bag should use the bag drop desks. Upon entering the airport and checking-in, the passengers should pass to the boarding gate. The boarding gate is closed 10 minutes before the flight. To all passengers, the Azores Airlines recommend arriving at the airport no earlier than 90 minutes before the departure.
