We are happy to introduce new baggage allowance policies that have been updated by Arkia. The following baggage allowance rules apply to the domestic and international flights: Domestic Flights – Economy Fare: Every passenger is allowed to take 1 piece of hand luggage on all flights around Israel. The hand luggage shall be no more than 10 kg. In addition, if you purchased an economy flight, you may carry 1 checked-in piece, under 20 kg. International Flights* – Economy Fare* Every passenger on all international flights is permitted one piece of hand luggage, with a maximum weight of 8 kg. In addition, every economy fare passenger may check one piece of baggage, not more than 23 kg. Economy fare ticket purchased to or from Europe, North America and Sri Linka – 2 bags with a combined weight of 32kg. Economy Fare ticket purchased to the Far east out of Tel-aviv or Haifa – 2 bags each 23kg. Additional Baggage: Passengers can purchase additional checked baggage pieces at the airport and on the phone.
