To initiate a refund, the best way is to use the AirAsia app. Open the AirAsia Super App, go to the 'Chat' tab, and then click the 'Chat Bubble' button. Once the AVA Chat Window has opened, select 'Flights' from AVA's primary menu. Choose 'Refund/Case Status' to see where your request stands.
If there were no problems with your payment, your refund will be sent to your 'Cash Wallet,' from which you may then withdraw the funds and deposit them into your preferred bank account. The refund process can take up to 3 business days.
