From the Manage My Bookings option, log in with your 6-digit booking reference and your last name. Here you can select extra services, change your flight details, add/upgrade your seat, add extra baggage and more.
Air Arabia charges a fee for managing your booking which will vary based on the service selected, however customers are not charged if they need to change/cancel their flight online.
If you did not receive your email, you can retrieve your booking reference by entering your last name and email address. Alternatively, please contact the Air Arabia call centre for assistance.
Yes, you can purchase extra baggage when you manage your booking. You can choose the amount of baggage you require, up to the maximum allowance permitted for the flight sector.
