Aeromexico FAQs

If you have misplaced an item on an Aeromexico flight, you can contact the airline directly after the flight and provide your name, flight number, seat number and a detailed description of the lost item. The airline will then search their planes, and contact you with an update if they find it.
To select a seat on your Aeromexico booking, please visit the 'Manage Booking' tab on the Aeromexico website. Here you can select your preferred seat or upgrade to a preferred seat. Please note that a fee may apply depending on the type of booking you have chosen.
To add special services to your Aeromexico booking, please visit the 'Manage Booking' tab on the Aeromexico website. Here you can add special services, such as priority boarding and extra baggage, to your booking. Please note that additional fees may apply depending on the type of booking you have made.
