If you wish to cancel your flight, you can contact Wizz Air Customer Care Center directly. Depending on how much time is left before your flight departure date, you may be entitled to a refund or a travel voucher. Please note, if your booking is eligible for a refund, it can take up to 3 weeks for the refund to appear on your bank statement
Passengers can use online check-in (via the Wizz Air website or mobile app) up to 30 hours before their scheduled flight time. Alternatively, you can check-in at the airport from 2 hours prior to departure. Our staff will be available to assist you
Passengers can bring one standard item of cabin baggage with a maximum size of 55 x 40 x 23 cm and a maximum weight of 10 kg free of charge. Passengers can purchase an additional standard item of cabin baggage or an additional 10 kg of check-in baggage allowance. Wizz Air Flex Policy allows passengers to purchase tickets with flexibility.
