On domestic flights within New Zealand, Sounds Air allows a passenger to bring two pieces of checked baggage. The weight must not exceed 23 kg and the dimensions of 158 cm and 92 cm and 61 cm . On international flights, a passenger is also allowed to bring two pieces of checked baggage. One is not to exceed 23 kg, and the measurements are 158 cm and 119 cm and 81 cm . A child above 2 years to 11 years is also allowed to bring one piece of baggage . The weight must not exceed 16 kg.
