Online check-in at www.shandongair.com is available during 48 hours to 1 hour before take-off. Passengers should enter their booking number or e-ticket number along with the last name and confirm the booking by clicking on the “check-in” button.
Carry-on allowance for flights operated by Shandong Airlines is 1 bag and maximum weight limit is 5 kg for Economy class and 7kg for Business Class. Checked-in luggage allowance is 1 (two) pieces with a maximum dimension of 20x30x60 cm and a maximum weight of 30 kg.
Passengers can do online check-in using passport, AQQRCard, Identity Card or Driving License, along with the last name.
Passengers can change their flight and purchase related additional ticket/s subject to availability through the Customer Service Offices at the airports in order to complete the flight change.
Currently Shandong Airlines offers online check-in service only for domestic flights.
