Ruili Airlines FAQs

Once logged in to Manage My Booking, select the itinerary you wish to change to make the desired changes. Changes may include adding meals, baggage allowance or changing seats.
Passengers with destinations within China can check-in online or through the Ruili Airlines mobile application starting 24 hours prior to departure up to 2 hours before your flights departure for international flights.
You may cancel or change your existing booking via Ruili Airlines Manage My Booking feature. Depending on your flight and fare selection, additional charges may apply.
Once youve successfully checked-in for your flight, a boarding pass will be sent to your registered email address. You can also retrieve your boarding pass through Ruili Airlines mobile application.
For most fares, you have the option to change your travel dates through Manage My Booking. Depending on your fare selection, additional charges may apply.
