Customers can manage an existing booking done with Royal Air Maroc by visiting the Royal Air Maroc website and choose the My Reservation tab, which displays all the bookings made with the customer account. The customer should click on the booking number of the booking they are interested in, which opens a new page with the booking information. On the same page, the customer can view more information on the booked flights, cancel the booked trip, change booking flight date, change seating on the flight or the class, and add more amenities like insurance or extra baggage booking . After making the desired changes, the customers can click the “Save Changes” button, and the booking is updated. Customers can still go through the manage booking option to add or remove any other features desired. They can also choose to call the Royal Air Maroc call center, who can help the customer manage the booking over the phone.
