Only ticketed customers on Pineapple Air operated trips originating from within the United States or Puerto Rico qualify for the online service. After entering flight details, the online check-in process can commence. The website permits check-ins starting 24 hours before takeoff, concluding no later than 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Throughout the process, passengers have the ability to check-in, view digital boarding passes, inspect changes to seating arrangements, and choose or modify meal selections where available. Upon completing check-in, an electronic boarding pass is automatically emailed to the traveler. This pass must either be printed or kept on a mobile device for airport arrival.
