MASwings allows unused tickets to be refunded in full, after deducting the applicable administrative/service fee and processing fees. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for ticket purchase.,
MASwings permits a free baggage allowance of up to 20kg for Economy Class passengers and up to 30kg for First and Business Class passengers. Excess baggage is charged at RM30 per kilogram.,
MASwings passengers must check-in at least 2 hours prior to their scheduled departure time for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights. Passengers must check-in at the counter at the airport. ,
All passengers must present valid photo identification (such as passport, ID card or driving license) for check-in. Passengers must also present the credit card used to make the booking or booking receipt for verification. ,
MASwings provides assistance for passengers with special needs such as priority boarding, wheelchair services and other needs. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
