To make changes to your existing booking, log into your Lufthansa account and open 'My Bookings' from the main navigation menu. Here you can view your recent and past trips, as well as make changes to your itinerary. To make changes, select the 'Change My Booking' option for the applicable trip.
To cancel a flight booking, log into your Lufthansa account and open 'My Bookings' from the main navigation menu. From here, you can view your past and current bookings and select the 'Cancel My Booking' option for the applicable trip.
To receive a refund for a flight booking, log into your Lufthansa account and open 'My Bookings' from the main navigation menu. Select the 'Request Refund' option for the applicable trip. Then follow the given instructions to complete the refund request.
To make a reservation with Lufthansa, go to the Lufthansa website and enter your departure and arrival airport.
