Jonair goes a step further to enhance its passengers’ traveling experience through web check-in services. Apart from being flexible, passengers can check-in 72 hours before their departure time and receive a boarding pass while still at home. All that is required is the passengers last name or ticket number and PNR or reference number. On the current status of web check-in, passengers can then opt for a seat among the options available. This process is time-saving and comes with the advantage that a passenger can either print the boarding pass or store it in a phone for accessing during the journey. Nevertheless, the passengers must adhere to the airline’s policy, which demands that a passenger must present a physically printed copy of the boarding pass to the aviation security officer at the airport. Moreover, the passengers are required to take note of the Baggage Drop Counter, which tends to close 45 minutes before departure. This can be done at the Baggage drop-off counter or using a kiosk.
