Hokkaido Air System has enabled the online check-in feature to help passengers check-in and choose their seats to be at least 24 hours before their actual departure. It only allows online check-in at Tokyo and Osaka for the domestic flights. The passengers will be required to enter their confirmation number and the first and last name to check in . However, passengers are required to check in at the check-in counter at least 30 minutes before their scheduled departure, whether they have checked in online before going to the airport or not.

Hokkaido Air System web checkin process is the service that allows passengers to check in online, select their seats, and get their boarding passes without having to go to the airport.,
When checking in online, you will need your passport or any other valid identification document. Additionally, you will need an e-ticket number, seating preference, and/or confirmation code provided to you at the time of booking to check in online.,
You may check in online up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.,
After checking in online, you may print out your boarding pass or request a mobile boarding pass. You may also obtain a boarding pass at the airport check-in counter.,
