Gulf Air customers can manage their flight and booking details in several ways. Customers can login to their Gulf Air account at www.gulfair.com, where they can view their booking details, make any changes, check-in online and view their FlyingFalcon membership benefits. If customers prefer to speak with a customer service agent, they can call Gulf Air’s call center or visit their website to find the closest Gulf Air office. For any changes to be made to the booking, customers will need to present the original credit card and/or the booking reference number. Changes can be made to the name, date and time of the flight, and/or to the contact details and/or seating preferences for the customer. Customers can also upgrade and/or add any additional services to the booking such as a meal or entertainment option. Gulf Air also allows customers to request a refund for their booking and to cancel their flight, as applicable.
