Regarding the baggage, Gianair also allows each passenger to bring one main bag and one personal item, including a briefcase, laptop bag, and purse. The main bag must not exceed the dimensions of 55cm x 40cm x 20cm and the weight of 10kg while the personal item’s maximum size is 42cm x 20cm x 30cm and the weight of 5kg. Moreover, one item of hand baggage with the size of 40cm x 30cm x 15cm and the weight of 3kg is admitted. All baggage must be able to be safely stored in the overhead compartments or underneath the seat, and anything that does not fit this criteria will be checked in and require a check-in baggage fee. Finally, all passengers are encouraged to contact the airline or visit its website prior to booking and travelling to know up-to-date information about luggage allowance.
