In relation to booking management, the customers will be allowed to manage their booking of Bee by visiting the airline website. While on the homepage, the customers will be required to choose “Manage Booking.” After selecting, the customer will be allowed to key in their booking reference number or their last name and ticket number. The customers will then view their flight, adjust or cancel the booking, modify their seat, add more baggage, check the special assistance request, or even upgrade their flight. The customers will then effect a payment for the upgradation and save the changes.
