Eurowings FAQs

Your booking reference is located in your booking confirmation email, which you will have received after you successfully purchased your ticket.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please contact Eurowings Customer Care and provide them with your full name, contact information and transaction number.
All changes and cancellations must be done via Eurowings’ website or contact their Customer Care team. Please be sure to have your booking reference ready.
Each passenger is allowed one handbag with a maximum weight of 8 kg/17 lbs and maximum size of 55 x 40 x 23 cm/21 x 15 x 9 in. The maximum economy class checked-in luggage allowance is two pieces at a maximum weight of 23 kg/50 lbs each and a maximum size of 203 cm/79 in (including handles and wheels).
You can either check-in online or arrive at the airport and check-in at the desk. Online check-in is available from 48 hours up to 2 hours before scheduled departure.
