In addition, a customer can view or print a copy of their E-ticket, find out their check-in details, and possible locations and purchase a ticket.

If you have completed your booking online or over the phone, you can check the status of your booking by visiting the Manage My Booking page. You will need your confirmation number and the last name of the traveler to review the flight details.,
You can add up to 10 bags to an existing reservation when you check-in online or through the mobile app. If you need to add additional bags after you have checked-in, please call Customer Care for assistance.,
You can manage the changes to your flight online or by calling Customer Care. By making your changes online, you can avoid the call centre change fee.,
The original form of payment will be refunded. We are unable to process refunds directly back to VISA or MasterCard gift cards. Refunds take up to 2 to 3 weeks to process depending on the form of original payment.,
