Excess baggage is subject to a fee. Carry-on baggage must not be heavier than 8 kg (18 lbs). Additionally, passengers are allowed one personal item, such as a laptop or briefcase.

If you need to check in additional baggage, you can buy the paid baggage option online during the booking process or alternatively, you can purchase extra baggage at the airport check-in counter just before boarding the flight.
For economy class, the maximum weight of checked baggage allowed is 32kg per piece, and the maximum combined linear dimensions required per piece should not exceed 158cm. For business class, the limit is set to 40kg per piece and the linear dimensions should not exceed 158cm.

Economy class customers are entitled to the following allowances: For domestic flights in Egypt, 2 pieces of luggage are allowed, not to exceed 32kg (70 lbs) each. For International flights from Cairo and Alexandria, 1 piece of luggage is allowed, not to exceed 23kg (50 lbs). For International flights from Hurghada, Luxor, Sharm El Sheikh, 1 piece of luggage is allowed, not to exceed 20kg (44lbs).
The following items are not accepted as checked baggage: Firearms, explosives, chemicals, corrosive substances, ammunition and compressed gases.
Yes. Special baggage items, such as scuba diving equipment, bicycles, golf clubs, and other sporting equipment, may be accepted as checked baggage, but they will count as one of the allowed checked baggage pieces and the applicable fees will be applied.
