Next, CM Airlines enables the customers to manage their booking and booking details. This feature can be accessed via the airline’s booking portal. The customers can manage their passenger information including their identity information such as full name and citizenship, select their seat and ticket summary, see their flight status and amend their flight details such as date/timing. The customers can view their loyalty program including frequent flyer account and points and add on services such as extra baggage. The customers can also buy ticket insurance or extra services, pay for the purchased ticket, and see CM Airlines’ flight cancellation and refund policy. The customers can access the CM Airlines’ customer service and contact information as well as some useful information regarding their booked flight.
