Booking management – customers can use both UTA Airlines’ online platform and call center to manage their booking. They can log in to the website and view where and when their flight ticket will be available, change or cancel the booking if needed. 2. They can also book their flight connections and check in online. 3. Add-ons management – customers can buy add-ons such as luggage, airplane tickets or meals for their flight. 4. Pre-flight preparation – customer can check their travel itinerary and other special orders or documents UTA Airlines may require them to use during their flight. 5. They can also choose a frequent flyer program they are in when they buy the airplane ticket 6. Confirmation e-mail will be sent to customers once a booking has been formalized. 7. Payment – Customers can use their credit card to make a booking reserved for most of the airport locations UTA airlines operate in, or pay cash on one of the airlines office 8. Travel management – information about all of the already made bookings and all of the previous and incoming travels. Travel order can be seen via UTA app for Android and IOS and travel manager webpage were customers can check bookings, look at grade of airplanes in which they are going to travel with and other means. 9. They can also check their loyalty points and look at an exclusive offer that is effective at booking via UTA app.
