If you have purchased a ticket with Alliance Airlines and wish to request a refund, please contact the Alliance Airlines Contact Centre on 13 42 44. A fee of AU $100 will be deducted from the refund total.
In the event of significant delay or cancellations, Alliance Airlines will do their utmost to ensure that our customers are informed of the changes as soon as possible as they become aware of them. Please contact our Contact Centre if you have any queries in regard to specific airport delays or cancellations.

Alliance Airlines has a wide range of aircraft in its fleet. Our current fleet includes the Airbus A320-200, Embraer 190, ATR 72-600, Embraer ERJ 135, and Saab 340B aircraft.
If you are travelling with an infant (under the age of two) you must provide proof of age documentation such as a birth certificate or passport, along with a valid form of identification. You are required to carry this with you or present it at the time of check-in.
