Alexandria Airlines provides customers with a refund policy when flight cancellation or delay happens. The customer must fill in a claim form to apply for a refund and our customer care team will look into it. All applicable refund sums are credited back to the passengers original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the customers claim. ,
Customers may choose between Economy or Business class when traveling with Alexandria Airlines. Economy class passengers are allowed to bring 1 checked bag and 1 hand-carry bag while Business class passenger may bring 2 checked bags and 2 hand-carry bags.
