Manage Booking of Air Vanuatu

Air Vanuatu offers its customers the ability to manage their flight bookings through the Manage Booking feature. This includes changing their flight timings, upgrading their new ticket fare class, adding extra luggage, reserve seating preferences, or allocation and other flight extras like Priority Boarding and In-Flight meals. This feature can be found on Air Vanuatu’s website or the Air Vanuatu app. Once customers log in to their Air Vanuatu booking, they can follow the step by step in making changes to their booking, reviewing or paying for their travel services and seat selection for the board. In order to apply changes to their booking, customers will be briefed with a fee summary that they should accept to proceed with. Air Vanuatu’s Customer Service team is also available for customers who require help in managing their booking. Customers can also check the “Help” section on the Air Vanuatu website and app.
