One piece of cabin bag is allowed, and not more than one item shall not exceed 7 kg for international passengers, and Malagasy passengers have not more than one piece of cabin bag that should not exceed 5 kg. Also, one personal item such as a handbag, laptop bag, etc. One checked bag for domestic and international flights, not more than 20 kg per item, are allowed. Passengers that have excess checked baggage must pay a fee . Special item, including sports equipment, strollers, wheelchairs, or musical instruments, are subject to the specified fee on Air Madagascar’s website.
