You must notify the Aegean Baggage Management Department at the selected destination within 24 hours of your landing and before exiting the Baggage Claims arrival section if your checked bags arrive damaged.
If there isn't enough room in the cabin for your carry-on items, even if they are within the weight and size restrictions, you may be required to check them for free transportation in the hold. As Aegean passengers prepare to board the plane, they will go through this process. Your suitcase will be safely transported to the baggage claim carousel at your final airport, where you will be granted a baggage claim receipt at no cost.
