For all its domestic and international routes, Starlux Airlines has an online web check-in service. Online web check-in opens 11 days and closes 2 hours before the scheduled departure. Thus passengers are advised to reach the airport at least 1 hour before their departure to complete the check-in, luggage, and boarding. A valid passport or identity card is required for online web check-in passengers who booked their flight using their I.D. Passengers can also check-in using the mobile web through the tool Starlux mobile.
